1. All rates include unlimited mileage.
2. All cars have air conditioning, automatic transmission and AM/FM radio.
3. Minimum driver's age is 21 years. Valid driver's license is required.
4. Drivers under the age of 25 will be required to pay an underage driver fee of approximately $25.00 plus tax per day.
5. Additional drivers must be at least 21years of age. Additional drivers under the age of 25 are subject to an additional charge of $25.00 plus tax per day per person.
6. Loss Damage Waiver (LDW), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), Personal Effects Protection (PEP), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), and the Uninsured Motorist Protection (UMP) are optional products which are each available for approximately $16.99 per day or less. These products may be purchased separately. If coverage is declined, renter will be responsible for any damage to or loss of the car up to its full value, regardless of fault. See Rental Agreement for restrictions.
7. Minimum rental charge is one day (24 hours). Rental charges are based on each 24 hour period commencing at time of rental. After 24 hours, overtime charges apply, not to exceed the daily rate. For optional coverage and surcharges, full daily rate applies for any portion of overtime. Dollar will not refund any unused hours or days.
8. One-way drop charges apply for rentals not returned to the location where the vehicle was rented.
9. Dollar reserves the right to refuse any request for rental. Renter must meet standard age, driver, credit and cash rental requirements. Renters are subject to a driving record check.
10. Most major credit cards are accepted and billed at time of return. Debit cards are not acceptable as qualification to rent. Cash deposit renters with prepaid vouchers are asked to leave a deposit in cash amounting to the approximate cost of incidentals plus $500 per week. Cash renters must meet age requirements; present airline ticket with renter's name, flight number, destination and date of return; and a local contact for verification such as a hotel voucher, hotel name or private residence. Dollar management approval is required for cash deposit renters.
11. Dollar vehicles may not be used for off-road use; camping is prohibited if renter is paying direct and leaving a cash deposit.

State and local taxes, Vehicle Licensing & Registration fee, Airport Concession Recovery fee, fuel, additional driver and underage driver fees, optional products or coverage, charges exceeding prepaid amount and drop charges (if applicable).
