Alamo Terms & Conditions

1. All rates include unlimited mileage.
2. All cars have air conditioning, automatic transmission and AM/FM stereo.
3. Minimum driver's age is 21 years except where state law provides otherwise. Valid driver's license is required.
4. Drivers under the age of 25 will be required to pay an underage driver fee of $20.00 per day.
5. A surcharge of $7.00 per day will apply for each additional driver.
6. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Carefree Personal Protection (CPP) and the Alamo Protection Plus (APP) are optional products which are each available for $25.00 per day or less. These products may be purchased separately. If CDW coverage is declined, renter will be responsible for any damage to or loss of the car up to its full value, regardless of fault. See Rental Agreement for restrictions.
7. Minimum rental charge is one day (24 hours). Rental charges are based on each 24-hour period commencing at time of rental. There is a one-hour grace period when returning the vehicle. Once the grace period is exceeded, an hourly charge of 1/3 of the full daily rate will apply up to three hours (full daily charge). Extra day rates will apply up to the weekly rental rate, whichever is less. Alamo will not refund any unused hours or days.
8. One-way drop charges may apply for rentals not returned to the location where the vehicle was rented. All one-way rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Drop-off charges are payable at time of rental.
9. Alamo reserves the right to refuse any request for rental. Renter must meet standard age, driver, credit and cash rental requirements. Renters are subject to a driving record check.
10. Most major credit cards are accepted and billed at time of rental. Cash deposit renters with prepaid vouchers are required to leave $25.00 per day or a maximum $100.00 per week. Cash renters must meet current cash qualification requirements. When making a reservation for a cash rental, renter should contact Alamo for information on Alamo's current cash qualification requirements, which does include presenting a valid passport and roundtrip airline ticket at time of rental.

NOT INCLUDED:
State and local taxes, airport concession and license recoupment fees, airport and facility fees, fuel, additional driver and underage driver fees, optional products or coverage, charges exceeding prepaid amount and drop charges (if applicable).
